Wow, you're turning into a running fiend these days, but I understand it--it really helps clear my head. ~~Daniel~~ Butthead will turn up eventually--he always does. Jack is convinced that he's either dead or being downsized to clone form.

Last night was bad. Like seriously bad. Hysterical crying because I tapped into some deep family loss thing by accident. So I'm feeling guilty about that, then I didn't see Jack at all yesterday, and now I'm second guessing that decision.

Ugh. We keep them around why, again? ~~I mean, Liz's lips are much nicer...~~

I knew I would once I started getting back in the habit of running. I got ~~depressed~~ cranky at first and gave up physical training entirely for a while. Bad idea. I'm sure ~~Daniel~~ the jerk will be back eventually, you're right. Wonder how he died this time? If he did. Sneezed too hard? ~~I am not thinking about how wonderful it would be if Daniel and I were actually the same physical age.~~

With Parker, and Kawalsky, and-- Oh, who else? I think I saw Belthazor and Phoebe on the list too, and maybe your roommate. Bunny, right? I don't think I've ever met her. Plus he was going to talk Cam into switching his schedule around.

Jack hasn't been around for anyone to find. If it's any comfort, his Homecoming date was wandering around looking for him at the party too, and I don't think she ever found him. And Sam? Stop second-guessing, and stop feeling guilty. You're not responsible for tapping into John's angst. How could you have possibly known about it?

OOC: Anya's player was a newbie and posted that without realizing that she was actually screwing up our storylines. She deleted it. Just FYI.

I wonder why we keep them around myself. They can be too endearing for words sometimes, though. ~~Oh, I know. And do you happen to know where the package of truffles underneath my pillow came from? Hm?~~

If ~~Daniel~~ Butthead has proved nothing else, it's his amazing resilience. He can even bounce back (again, and again, and again) from death. Maybe he just needed to take some time to get his head together after Hathor--that had to bring up some bad memories, right? ~~Yeah, I could tell how much you weren't thinking about that.~~

Buffy, but yeah. Wow, that's quite the roster. Can you videotape classes?

After passing the note to Sam, Janet slips a box of truffles out of her backpack and pops one in her mouth. She gestures minutely to Sam, grins, and mouths, "Want one?"

Okay, it's also possible that he needs to pull his head out of his...well, you know...before he can get it together. I know, and I'm extremely pissed at him on your behalf (as are any number of other people who would be more than happy to...um, arrange an accident for the Butthead...but I digress.).

You're invited. Rory specifically said to bring along anyone I thought would have fun. Now, should we let the info slip to the guys, as they're inevitably going to try to sneak in, or do we let someone else do it? Because they still owe us for when Callisto, Vala, Rory, and Chloe snuck into their MFCD meeting last time.

Janet selects another truffle, takes a bite, and looks over her Hebrew while she waits for another note.

I have no idea who names their kid Buffy. Unless we're talking about a goat, but we're not. Either we're on completely opposite schedules or she's staying in town with some guy I think she's dating. After Ethics class, you'll probably know more about her than I do.

Combined with one too many rounds of 'the [insert name of bad thing here] will destroy/take over the planet/galaxy/universe if we don't stop them.' Actually, I think my taking a class and finding out what your roommate's like is almost normal for here. Which is weird, because it's normal. Hey, were you going to try and sign up for the same section as the rest of us.

How did I know you'd be there? We've got extra pillows and blankets, though, and yes, of course we can find you someplace a little more comfortable. The closet's not bad, but it's better with company.

He seems charming on the surface, but something about him reminds me of ~~the Goa'uld~~ some very disturbed people I've seen. I think it's the eyes. They're not...right. Wait, what happened at the beginning of the school year?

Really? I'm not sure. One day he was this slightly goofy, clueless archeologist who had a deep and abiding interest in all things human (and alien) and frequently acted as a conscience, the next he was this repressed, bitter, angry man who was almost as uncommunicative as Jack.

It does get old, seriously. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make the Ethics section--I think I have a class conflict. I'll try, though.

You, Liz, Jack, Charlie, and Aeryn all in one room. How could I not be there? Besides, this way, I don't have to make new friends. *wink*

I'm not sure exactly what happened, but I think there were death threats between him and Buffy, then Professor Sidle somehow got involved, and he managed to spin things so he was the injured party. I do not trust him, Janet. ~~And I trusted Jonas Hansen, so that's really saying something.~~
