Library; Monday [ 03/09 ].

It was a Monday morning after DST, so Cal was understandably a little groggy as he shuffled into the library, clinging to his cup of sugar with some coffee and cream. It might not have been so understandable how he was groggy enough that he didn't even notice the palm trees. Or the faint salty sea breeze air. Or anything really (he at least recognized that something was kind of nice), as he sat down and settled to the task of waking the hell up.

It was shortly after that moment that he heard the little clacking sound. And a scuttling. Cal frowned, uncertain as to whether or not he wanted to figure out what it was. Then a scurrying in the corner of his eyes caused him to turn her head, but whatever it was, he missed it. Wait! There it was again! Cal missed it once more, but the third time, he caught it, just before it disappeared behind a shelf.

Then he let out a groan.

Great, just great.

He had crabs.

At least the crabs didn't seem to active or set on irritating him, mostly just scuttling about, which gave Cal the chance to finish his coffee in relative peace.

As usual for second period, Cal tried to look busy organizing books at the desk, secretly hoping he'd come across on with tips on how to get rid of crabs.

Third Period -- 03/09.

Out of books to organize, Cal sat and contemplated on his moral obligation to tell anyone about the crab or doing anything to get rid of them.

Lunch -- 03/09.

Cal had a really terrible idea, so he was going out for lunch today, leaving the library open only to Dr. Jones and the other aides.

Fourth Period -- 03/09.

Cal returned with his lunch, because he was just the sort of person who would eat a soft-shelled crab sandwich right in front of all his brethren.

Now excuse me while I go throw up with nervousness about going to apply for a job that practically has my name written all over it.
