The feast is small but nourishing tonight class.
We are discussing Creation - myths and mysteries.

Please, tell me what you all think, and we will go from there

Alanna enters the room, spaghetti and coffee in tow. "In my world, we believe that Myrthos and the Great Mother Goddess created everything. The rest of the Gods and Goddesses also had a role though, and they govern the area of which they are master or mistress." Alanna toys with the cord around her neck. "Sir, I'm a healer, do you need any assistance?"

"The Great Mother Goddess." Alanna said without even thinking, then bit her lip, then remembered she was no longer disguised as a boy so that wasn't too weird anymore. So instead her hand went to play with the chord around her neck once more.

Alanna began fidling with the stone attached to the cord. "The Great Mother Goddess is a warrior, and a protector. She gives life and she keeps it wholy and precious. That is what I aspire to be, a woman warrior, the first in a century." She glanced up at Gandalf. "I'm also one of her chosen ones."

Alanna thought for a moment before answering. "Every once in a while, the Gods, Goddesses, whom ever decide it's time for change. The Mother saw in me someone who could make change occur. I'm a girl, living a boy's life, aspiring to a man's dreams." She shrugged.

((ooc: Irony: I am currently reading LotR for school. This is so weird.))

Alanna jotted down her assignment on a piece of paper. Finally, something she actually wanted to do.

"Thank you, sir."
