Heroing [Tuesday, period 2, class #7]

Today, Captain Hammer was not quite as moody as last week, but he was still Not In a Good Place.

Part of it, admittedly, was that he was hungover.

"Class, today we will watch a movie. A movie, I might note, completely devoid of sexual tension or hot women for no reason at all." He glared slightly.

Without any further ado, he set up the AV stuff and got everything working on his third attempt so they could watch the film.

[sincere apologies for the utterly lame class. I had a super-hectic morning today and it completely drove any and all class ideas out of my head.]

Because that's so not a lecture.

Adora found it so strange that there was no lecture. Perhaps Captain Hammer was testing them somehow.

Tahiri was going to just put her head down on her desk and keep trying to dial down the amount of everyone else's frustration that kept leaking into her Force senses.

The more they thought about it, the more she did, and argh.

It wasn't a lecture, but Romeo was just as glad of that. A lecture would have required focus he didn't have.

Very glad there was no lecture. His focus today wouldn't have been too great.

Lion-o was puzzled by the lack of a lecture, but it didn't really bother him.

Movie day! Tony was always a fan of movie days.

Sokka -- well and thoroughly chafed by now, and with no relief to be found -- grinned at Captain Hammer. Sure, the island was being AWFUL this week, but he could at least get amusement from the suffering of others.

Momoko thought it a bit strange that there was no lecture. She'd kind of thought this teacher liked to talk. Ah well, MOVIE MOVIE MOVIE!

I'd put YouTube clips in here if I wasn't scatterbrained and lazy.

Hannibal was grateful for a movie. He could funnel his focus there for a bit. Hopefully it would help.

A film! Adora had never seen one with such fake little people in it. Strange.

Ben wasn't sure he agreed with the "no capes" rule. Maybe a cloak didn't count?

Tahiri kind of wondered if that rule counted for robes, too. Probably not.

She wasn't big on capes, personally, so she was kind of ambivalent about it.
