Library, Friday

After last night's phone call, Buffy had tried to get a portal out right away. Apparently that wasn't so easy during the holidays, and hitching a ride back to 1998 didn't really seem feasible.

So Buffy was in the library this morning, watching the clock and hoping she didn't blurt out "MY VAMPIRE BOYFRIEND'S ALIVE AND I DON'T KNOW IF HE'S EVIL YET" to anyone who came in. That might be embarrassing.

It was still too early. Buffy was mentally wishing herself powers to speed up time.

Knowing there weren't classes after lunch, Buffy was already packing up to go. It was finals anyway. She wasn't crazy here.Seriously, as soon as the bell rang, she was sprinting out of here.
