Thanksgiving dinner, Cafeteria, Thursday early evening

Anyone who arrived in the cafeteria for Thanksgiving dinner would find the tables arranged in the best way possible to allow as many people to speak to each other as possible, and also covered in rust-colored tablecloths. And turkey confetti. In fact, the whole place was decked out in autumny orange and gold and reddish brown hues, including the centerpieces. Very warm and inviting and pretty, and thanks to the kitchen, it smelled great. All in all, the place looked very nice, and the food would actually be edible when it was time to eat.

And the Fandom High cheerleaders wanted everyone to have a wonderful Thanksgiving. *mods, mwahaha*

"Hm. An'," she pointed out, "it don't always work if you got a boyfriend, 'cause sometimes they still might, y'know, wanna wait or might just not be puttin' out or somethin'."

Not that Kaylee was speaking from experience.

"Yeah but sometimes they're weird," she replied, shrugging, "an' wanna wait or somethin'." She sighed. "It happens!"

Kaylee shrugged. "Yeah, I know ain't common. But like, I...know a guy, who's my friend's boyfriend, an' he wants t'wait, because he wants it to be special an' stuff."

"Definitely, definitely not gay," Kaylee assured her, laughing. "What's a metro?"

"Oh my god, you never know about the gay thing," said Brooke, reminding herself again that it made her feel better about the situation really. "And a metrosexual is a guy who's really kinda into his appearance and is maybe a little girlish, but is still totally straight, no matter how much space he takes up in the bathroom with product."

"He ain't gay. I know he ain't," she said, shaking her head. "An' he ain't metrosexual, not if that's what it is. It's, um."

She lowered her voice. "It ain't my friend's fella, it's kinda...mine. It's Ned. But he ain't gay!"
