Buffy was looking a little bundled up today. Sweater, jeans, mittens, the whole thing. She'd been sort of looking forward to snow out here, but the cold she could do without. And she was planning on being a whiny baby about it, yes she was!

She was huddled up at the desk, mostly admiring the mittens. Shhh, they were cute and her fingers were cold.

Buffy had progressed to thinking things like "Maybe a cup of hot cocoa will walk in the door right... now!" and being kind of continually disappointed.

Having decided to be proactive, she decided that moving and doing actual work might help. Look for her shelving stuff, which was a little hard with things covering your hands.

Buffy returned with hot cocoa from the Perk, looking much happier, and less complainy.

Killing some time by checking her E-mail, she found one from Willow asking what the weather was like there (among other things, but we're focusing on that part). Buffy felt more than a little taunted.
