Detention [Saturday, November 8th]

"Hello, kiddies," Robin said with a small smile. Today, detention was meeting in the Danger Shop, which was equipped with three bathtubs with attached hoses to start.

Robin, for her part, was surrounded by five dogs and holding a puppy. "Today, you're going to have a fun detention. Unless you're allergic to dogs or something. But whatever. Today, you get to take care of two dogs each. I'll assign them to you, so don't worry about picking out who gets the cutest or whatever; they're all adorable, and they all are very, very well-behaved."

And as each student came in, she crossed off names on the board, too:

Toby Moriatis
Cal Stephanides

Naomi Wildman

[I'm going out to lunch with my folks, and I'll be back around one, so you'll get your puppies then! ETA: now with a more extensive OOC note.]

Cal had gotten them bathed well enough, was hiding in his jacket thanks to a wet shirt that made him way too uncomfortable, and so now it came to walking them, he supposed. He eyed the dogs again, moving to Sprinkles first, since that dog was probably too lazy to refuse too much.

Cal rolled his eyes. "They're leashes," he muttered, in a voice that made it uncertain as to whether or not he wanted Robin to hear it. "How many ways could they go on?" But he got one on Sprinkles and then it just became a matter of catching Popcorn to do the same with him.

Cal was thinking he liked Robin better as a seven year old or a guy. He was also thinking that if they got tangled, well, then, won't Popcorn have a good time hanging from Sprinkles' neck.

Face sufficiently covered in cute dog spit, Cal set Popcorn down and got up himself. "Come on, guys," he said, starting to move, and making sure to give Sprinkles an extra tug, because he imagined him being stubborn.

So this was no problem. This was actually kind of fun. Cal wondered if he could somehow sneak Popcorn home with him.
