Welcome to the Fandom High Homecoming Carnival ~~which we're pretty much forced to do because this school has no legit sports teams to have a pep rally for, you losers~~!

Alright, so we've got a TON of activities planned for you all today. We've got a dunk tank, a kissing booth, and, well, a big and shiny 'Wheel of Morality' that I'm not quite sure what to do with, but feel free to play with it. There's also carnival food set ups- so go eat cotton candy and ice cream. Well, as much as you can and still fit into your outfits tonight. ~~And, because some students were concerned, there are no clowns at the carnival besides those that we see around school every day. I don't think I'm allowed to ban students, sorry~~

And, of course, all of this is leading up to the first-ever Fandom High Homecoming Dance! Make sure you voted for King and Queen! ~~And by that I mean for me and Rover~~

(OOC Note- The posts are up now. Obviously, this takes place in the afternoon when you don't have classes, before the dance. So, have some fun, kiss and dunk some poor individuals, and then head over to the dance. This is set up similarly to the amazing debate yesterday, and I'm sure we can keep it just as organized today.)

Anakin saw Rory up in the dunk tank and grinned.

"It seems such a shame to have to do this to you when we haven't talked since Zombie Weekend," he said, hovering a ball just above his hand.

"But I do want to get in the spirit of the day."

Rory tilts her head. "That ball is levitating," she says curiously, completely forgetting the fact that should the ball levitate to where the target was, she would be very wet.

Anakin nodded, a mischievous smile playing across his lips. "It is." He closed his eyes and the ball zoomed towards the target.

Rory has no time to react before falling in.

"Now, why," she sputters as she emerges, "would you do that? I was very interested in the nifty levitating ball, but nooo, couldn't just keep it a nice, dry party trick." She tries to glare, but it's pretty unconvincing.

Anakin smiled. "But that would defeat the purpose of the contraption you're sitting on. It's designed to get you wet, right? I'd hate for it to feel unfulfilled or something."

"Next time, I promise I'll show you a nice, dry party trick."

Rory rolls her eyes, and smiles. "I'll hold you to that, Anakin."

"I'll think of something for the dance--you're going, right?"

"Yup. I'll see you there. Just look for the girl with entirely too much eye makeup, who's holding a really gross-looking sandwich," she says with a grimace.

Anakin looked stricken. "Are we supposed to bring sandwiches? No one told me about the sandwiches."

He glanced up at Rory. "Or is this just a thing that you do? Like a security blanket or a stuffed Ewok doll?"

She laughs. "No, it's a prop - Angela, Marty, Logan and I are going as these characters from a movie - The Breakfast Club. And my character makes this sandwich of cereal and candy, and does a lot of other really gross stuff that I've managed to get out of," she says, shuddering slightly.

[ooc: Sad thing is, I actually do have a stuffed Ewok doll. I got it at Disneyland.]

"Oh, good. I'd hate to miss out on some cultural opportunity, even if I have been shying away from, well, all forms of food, since Zombie Weekend. I'll definitely look for you."

[OOC: Awesome! I used to have one, too. Too much love--his seams split a long time ago and he had to go.]
