Welcome to the Fandom High Homecoming Carnival ~~which we're pretty much forced to do because this school has no legit sports teams to have a pep rally for, you losers~~!

Alright, so we've got a TON of activities planned for you all today. We've got a dunk tank, a kissing booth, and, well, a big and shiny 'Wheel of Morality' that I'm not quite sure what to do with, but feel free to play with it. There's also carnival food set ups- so go eat cotton candy and ice cream. Well, as much as you can and still fit into your outfits tonight. ~~And, because some students were concerned, there are no clowns at the carnival besides those that we see around school every day. I don't think I'm allowed to ban students, sorry~~

And, of course, all of this is leading up to the first-ever Fandom High Homecoming Dance! Make sure you voted for King and Queen! ~~And by that I mean for me and Rover~~

(OOC Note- The posts are up now. Obviously, this takes place in the afternoon when you don't have classes, before the dance. So, have some fun, kiss and dunk some poor individuals, and then head over to the dance. This is set up similarly to the amazing debate yesterday, and I'm sure we can keep it just as organized today.)

"Because you're a sap?" Parker calls from the sidelines, looking highly entertained.

Rory rolls her eyes. "I'm more soaked than sappy at the moment," she replies, wringing out her hair.

"Where *is* Logan when he should be making all the lewd comments that go with this picture?" Parker picks up a ball and tosses it from one hand to the other. "Have you seen Rover yet? Your mom does good work."

"No, not yet - she also did George Lass' dress, if you see her tonight," Rory calls. "And I have no idea where Logan is, but really, he's the only one allowed to make those comments. He's missing a huge opportunity. "

"Although," she says, her brow creasing, "I seem to recall two separate incidents where he's had the delight of seeing me look like a drowned rat - and funnily enough, they both involved you."

"Isn't that *weird*?" Parker's grin goes evil. "You know, it's like we have a tradition. Or something."

Chortling, she makes a big production of winding u, pulling back, aaaand--- throws!

"Oh, no, wouldn't want to break with trad - ah!" Rory cries, falling into the tank.

As she climbs out, she makes straight for Parker, smiling.

Parker's eyes widen. "Ohhhh no. No! You're misunderstanding the tradition! I stay dry! Wait. Oh, crap--" She turns to run, chortling.

But it's too late.

Rory grabs Parker and gives her a nice big hug, transferring quite a bit of the water onto her.

"Aw! See, traditions can change!"

"Aaaaaaagggghggghghh! Gilmmore!" Parker shrieks, wriggling away. "Damnit. Damnit! You're lucky this isn't dry-clean only!"

She takes off her jacket, and gives it a look of disgust, then grins-- and whips it in a circle at the onlookers, spreading the water around.

"Get back up there and look like a target, Gilmore. I'm going again!"

Rory laughs and dashes back up to the tank.

"You know, if you dunk me again...that means more hugs!" she calls, adopting a sing-song voice.

"Not if I can run far enough before you're out of the wa-ter!" Parker yells back, mimicking her, then grimaces, squelching.

"Fine! But I'm going to find every person I can, and tell them to come dunk you, and tell you I said hi!" She yells, grinning.

"Have fun with that. I've already had a bunch of people dunk me as it is," Rory says, shrugging and grinning.
