When students entered the Danger Shop, they'd find themselves transported to the lush, green bank of a huge river. The water in front of them was deep. How deep? Let's stick with very. The water was also dark, meaning if students looked very closely they might chance to see the shadow of creatures lurking beneath the surface. Tied to the riverbank was a large raft with 20 oars, 5 bags of food, and 5 bags of medicine. Should any students be blessed with super sight, they might be able to see the massive rocks dotting the path to the other side through the dense fog that hung in the air.

Again, Ronon was standing in front of the scene, not looking particularly pleased while he waited for the majority of students to show up.

"Everybody on the raft!" Ronon's voice boomed above any chatting that may have been taking place. "Each of you will take a turn guiding us across the river. Try not to kill anyone or lose your supplies and we'll call it a good escape."

"One mile a day?" He wanted to be sure he wouldn't get roped into anything else.

"One mile a day only."

"And you'll do anything I want? Within reason," he hastened to add.

"I will," she said firmly.

"Okay then," he nodded. "When and where are we doing this?"

"Your choice," she said. "We can run outside or in the gym or wherever you'd like and at whatever time you'd like, barring the times I have class." Which she rattled off for him.

He thought about his own schedule for a moment. "I think ~~vague late morning time~~ will work. Let's stick to the gym; there've been pirates around and I'd rather not have a crash course in sword-fighting to go along with all the running."

She nodded. "That will do quite nicely. Starting tomorrow then? And will you meet me there or shall I come and fetch you at your room?"

"I'll meet you there," he decided. He was only slightly tempted to not show up.

"And do you have a boon in mind for your first day?" she asked curiously.

He considered. "I rather liked the 'you cook for me all week' idea. Let's make it easy and just do dinner each day. And one very important thing: absolutely, positively no citrus."

She nodded. "No citrus. Is there something you particularly would like?"

"I'm easy," he shrugged. He liked airline food, so nothing she made could be too bad.

She nodded again. "Then I will see you at ~~vague handwavey morning time~~ tomorrow and I will bring you dinner tomorrow evening."

She hesitated. "Thank you, Rodney."

"Right," he agreed. "We'll see if you're still saying that at the end of the week."

"I am... fairly determined when there is something I want," she said firmly. "And it is after all, only seven days."

Famous last words?

"Sure. See you tomorrow," he gave a little half wave and started to move away from the Danger Shop.

She watched him go, then smiled quietly to herself.
