Summer Fitness [Period 2, Friday]

Looking far too pleased with himself, Bond was doing some stretches in the gym as he waited for his class to arrive. Once the students had assembled he began. "Good morning, class, for those of who haven't had a class with me before, my name is James Bond, you may call me Professor Bond, or Sir."

He clapped his hands together. "Now, the class is called Summer Fitness," he said. "Which I think is fairly self explanatory, so after a quick round of introductions where you tell me a bit about yourself and why you're taking the class, we'll get down to some exercises that will enable me to set a baseline for your performance and improvement."

"Let's get started then," he said, pointing at the nearest student.

"Name's Reno, eighteen years old. I took the class because I happened to wind up with detention that one Saturday that you were running it, yo. Was kinda fun. I don't really got any sort of regime, so maybe this class'll change that, or whatever."

Mostly because falling out of shape in the covert ops profession was not a wise thing to do.
