Summer Fitness [Period 2, Friday]

Looking far too pleased with himself, Bond was doing some stretches in the gym as he waited for his class to arrive. Once the students had assembled he began. "Good morning, class, for those of who haven't had a class with me before, my name is James Bond, you may call me Professor Bond, or Sir."

He clapped his hands together. "Now, the class is called Summer Fitness," he said. "Which I think is fairly self explanatory, so after a quick round of introductions where you tell me a bit about yourself and why you're taking the class, we'll get down to some exercises that will enable me to set a baseline for your performance and improvement."

"Let's get started then," he said, pointing at the nearest student.

"Not during class," Bond replied, adding Toby to the growing list of students not allowed to pair up for exercises.

"Oh," Toby was disappointed to hear that. "Is there anything in particular we should wear for this class?" Toby'd been known to work out shirtless with jeans on in the past. Kind of like today.

Bond had noticed that. "In general, loose, comfortable clothing, preferably with a shirt," Bond replied. "I'll tell you if you need anything in particular."
