Summer Fitness [Period 2, Friday]

Looking far too pleased with himself, Bond was doing some stretches in the gym as he waited for his class to arrive. Once the students had assembled he began. "Good morning, class, for those of who haven't had a class with me before, my name is James Bond, you may call me Professor Bond, or Sir."

He clapped his hands together. "Now, the class is called Summer Fitness," he said. "Which I think is fairly self explanatory, so after a quick round of introductions where you tell me a bit about yourself and why you're taking the class, we'll get down to some exercises that will enable me to set a baseline for your performance and improvement."

"Let's get started then," he said, pointing at the nearest student.

[Please wait for OCD up! Post away.]

His abs were tight, his muscles fit; crunches were a breeze.

Crunches, okay, the crunches were kind of hard. And slow, toward the end there. But he persevered, because the scary teacher man told him to.

Ugh, crushed. Cal knew that he needed to do these a lot more, but he managed to get through them, struggling with the last seven or do, but managed to not complain about it like a little girl. Hand over his stomach, he reminded himself that he could be feeling pulls like this every month...

Kevin went ahead and did forty, because it seemed a waste to stop before you could feel the burn.

Again, Andros had no difficulty in doing this.

Temari completed the crunches, wondering where the fitness test in this was.

Toby lost count at one point, so he did extra to make up for it.

Sure, Reno could do that. Crunch, crunch, crunch.

He wasn't really sure where the workout was in not-quite-sitting twenty times, really. But he could do that. Crunch.

Compared to the pushups, the crunches were ridiculously easy -- Ronan's core muscles were pretty strong. He didn't breeze through them, exactly, but he made it through the twenty pretty quickly.

The crunches were a little more Teyla's style, and therefore easier.

Crunches were much easier than pushups. Harry liked the crunches much better.

Crunches, much like push ups, were a breeze.
