Summer Fitness [Period 2, Friday]

Looking far too pleased with himself, Bond was doing some stretches in the gym as he waited for his class to arrive. Once the students had assembled he began. "Good morning, class, for those of who haven't had a class with me before, my name is James Bond, you may call me Professor Bond, or Sir."

He clapped his hands together. "Now, the class is called Summer Fitness," he said. "Which I think is fairly self explanatory, so after a quick round of introductions where you tell me a bit about yourself and why you're taking the class, we'll get down to some exercises that will enable me to set a baseline for your performance and improvement."

"Let's get started then," he said, pointing at the nearest student.

Push-ups definitely weren't Cal's favorite, but he did them all easily enough, breaking a small sweat toward the end.

Toby did his push ups easily, a slight bead of sweat forming on the exposed skin of his back.

Push-ups were easy enough, really, back when Reno had been a scrawny beanpole with sunken cheekbones.

Now that he was a somewhat more healthy weight than he had been a couple of years ago, he was feeling the strain in his shoulders by the time he finished. And making the mental note to do more stupid push-ups.

The pushups were surprisingly easy to Ronan -- at the start. After the first few, it began to be more of a struggle, and by the end of the twenty it was pretty clear he was barely making them.

Push-ups weren't something Teyla did often, but they weren't that difficult overall.

Harry hadn't done a real pushup in...a long time. The first 5 were pretty easy. The next 10 were less so. The final 5 were completely unfun but he did at least manage to finish. Of course, his pushup form probably left something to be desired.

All twenty of Cassandra's push ups were text-book perfect and identical in execution.
