Mindful of her vow to start getting out and interacting with more people, and pretty sure she had to count this as "tomorrow," Francine hit the welcome picnic with a hopeful smile.

If she hit specifically the part of the welcome picnic where the pizza lived, it was clearly only because she knew it would be high-traffic area. Yes.
