Galactic Vacationing - Wednesday, Period 4

The students who came to the Danger Shop today found themselves in the rolling countryside. There wasn't much by way of trees, but a lot of open spaces, a road that passed over the green hills. It looked a lot like Scotland actually.

The weather was fairly brisk and the sun was setting. The Doctor was waiting for them at the top of one of the hills. "Now, before you ask, a lot of places look like this. It's not the sights, it's the people that make any trip. We're off to a little place called the Torchwood Estate. Victorian era. No computers or television or Backstreet Boys. Blend in. It's easier than it seems.

Come on. It's getting dark out here. Full moon tonight."

If the werewolf was capable of speech and knew it wasn't real, it probably would have told her because it's more fun this way, or it would have said 'sod this, I'm off to the Bahamas'. Sadly neither of these things were the case, so it instead tried to fight through the zap-induced pain and get to Jenny as soon as possible to make her a light snack. The wolf was sure she'd tasty zesty.

Actually, she probably tasted like booze-soaked stale cigarettes with an aftertaste of ozone. Not that she intended to let the werewolf find out.

The wolf howled again in agony and decided this really wasn't worth the effort. It made a run for it around the corner, off to find prey that didn't do the zappy thing. Wimp.
