Arts & Crafts, Monday [5-26], Period 2

"Today," Steve began the class session, "is Memorial Day in America, and so, while I am all too aware we're currently in France, I think everyone can benefit from such traditions, so I'd like to ask that everyone take a moment to remember your people's fallen heroes."

A minute later, he said, "Now, back to the business of arts and crafts, since that's what we're here for. This week we'll be making lanyards for keychains. All of the necessary materials are at your work stations, plus some beads and things for embellishments if you'd like, and an instruction sheet. Here's how you do it." Steve demonstrated how to weave the lanyard for a few stitches, then said, "If anyone needs any help, I am, as always, right here. Have fun."

As far as Anemone was concerned, the only 'fallen hero' of Dewey's madness was TheEND. Everyone else was just collateral damage.

Hoshi didn't know any fallen heroes, but she did have a beloved grandfather who she missed terribly since his death.

Alex didn't really know of any heroes, so she thought of her family instead.

Thanks to Bruce's connections, Dick was vaguely familiar with many military people and families in Gotham. He took the moment to think of them.

Alex decided to use pink and white this time and pondered adding some beads to it.

Dick made his red and green. It was obvious to him, but, hey, why not?
