fandomhigh | Fandom High Graduation Ceremony, Class of 2008, Saturday Afternoon (Part I)

The sun was shining over the front lawn of the school (except for the part of the bleachers covered by an awning, in case anyone with sun issues had shown up), and the temperature had thankfully turned out to be perfect for the occasion. There was a stage placed prominently on the lawn, set up with a podium and a number of heavy metal chairs for the administration and guests. In front of the stage were platforms with more of the metal chairs; they'd been painted blue and gold, and were sitting empty and waiting for the arrival of the class of 2008. There were bleachers on each side of the platforms, for students, family, friends, alumni, and residents of the town who wanted to come and watch.

Alas, it was time for another class to graduate.

Luke took his diploma, grinning from ear to ear.

Anakin's answering smile could be seen clearly from his seat in the audience.

He was so damn proud of his kid.

Jo was very ladylike as she whooped and clapped. Really.

Well, everyone was making noise and doing silly things, so Zuko might have very subtly held up two thumbs to Luke.

Meg cheered loudly for Luke as he got his diploma.

She didn't know Luke well, but he was Anakin's son and Rory's almost-stepson, so he got a loud cheer from Angela.

John whistled and cheered loudly for Luke's accomplishment.

Tori cheered and clapped loudly for Luke. Sadly, she didn't have a sign to hold up.

Sam clapped and cheered for Luke as he went up.

"LUUUUUUKE!!!!"

Sokka cheered like anything. Really, the worst part about him leaving, though, was that his pet robot wouldn't be around to record stuff anymore.

The kid looked like a complete dork, which made Ferris clap even harder. You had to applaud the effort of getting through high school unscathed like that.

Jaina was definitely cheering Luke on loudly- yes this was different from any graduations she knew of- and making sure Mara got a holo of this special.

That would be Adam cheering and clapping loudly for Luke.

"Well done sir!"

Aly cheered loudly as Luke got the diploma.
