Applied Inventiontronics, Period 4 - Week 9

Glitch was at the front of the class, looking a great deal more balanced than he had been last week. Each desk had the usual tools and a few extra modable supplies.

"I hope you all remembered to bring something in today to fix. If you brought something of your own, go ahead and trade it with someone else. Or, I guess if you forgot to bring anything in, team up with someone else. All you have to do today is repair the item and add one feature to it that would be useful to the other person."

He smiled, then looked down at his notes for a second.

"Oh, if you didn't have a design for me to look over last week, try to come by my office tomorrow, if you can."

With that, he sat down and let the class get to work.

[ooc: OCD on the way up!]

Liir had nothing to fix, not because he'd forgotten but because he dealt with so few tools outside the kitchen and inside the kitchen, he was meticulously careful with what few machines he used.

As such, he looked around for a partner.

Mac had brought an old iBook and a few spare bits along with her.

For the most part, the thing worked... just not very well. As far as she was concerned if it didn't work perfectly, then it was broken.

A.J. hadn't had anything that was broken (well, besides his heart, but he didn't think they could do much about that one), so, that morning, he'd smashed apart his Walkman. He needed to upgrade to a CD player anyway, especially since they were so much cheaper now than they were back home.

Sokka had gotten pretty good at fixing his radio after throwing it at the wall, so that's what he did. Of course, it was much easier to carry when it was in one piece, so he spent the first few minutes of the available time throwing it around until it was good and smashed.

Having been at the junkyard last week to collect some parts, Jaina had been more than happy to find a broken toaster that she was sure she could get back into working order.

Doom had his boot thrusters to fix, but he wasn't about to trade those.

Instead he brought an old watch.

Rikku was tinkering with her spare laptop again. Trying to figure out where some of these parts went.
