When the class came into the Danger Shop, they found themselves in the centre of what looked like a well appointed room in a mansion.

"Welcome to Efferton Manor," John greeted them. "You've all been kidnapped. By trolls. The troll women want to use you -- at least those of the male persuasion -- as sex slaves. Having seen -- and smelled -- a male troll up close, I can't say I really blame them for looking elsewhere." He looked around the room, eyeing some of the male students a little more closely than others. "Just to make it absolutely clear, this is a bad thing.

"Your assignment today is to escape. You can use whatever is at your disposal - wiles, sneakiness, force if you think that will work. One thing I will give you for free -- you want to hurt a troll -- especially a male? You want to use iron."

John smiled at them. "Shall we begin?"

Vsa lashed her tail impatiently, the movement mostly disguised by her skirts. With an annoyed expression, she crossed her arms and surveyed her captives.

"Well, humans? What have you to say for yourselves?" Some of them were pretty at least.

"Um, well, I'm not human," Sulley volunteered. "Can we maybe talk about this?"

She eyed him with an air of disgust. "Did one of the idiot males capture another troll?"

"You've really made a terrible mistake with me at least," he said, looking... amused, in fact. It was, of course, an act but he thought it worth a shot.

Vsa closed the distance between them quickly. "No...I don't think I have."

He nodded rather firmly.

"No, you see, I've got Thropps. It's really not anything you want to be catching, I promise you. Distinctly unpleasant."

The female rolled her eyes and reached to touch Liir's chest if he didn't move back. "We're not susceptible to your weakling human diseases."

Johnny cocked his head. "Right. You're a troll?" Because Johnny had an idea of what trolls looked like in his mind and this girl here, wasn't it.

"Um? I'm not into girls?" Ino offered. "And I'm not a male so I don't even know why I was kidnapped or why you'd want to talk to me. This is ridiculous, seriously."

Hoshi figured that the female troll had no use for her, so she tried to quietly slip away without notice.

"Away from here," said Hoshi. "It's not like you need me to stay, right?"

Savannah didn't do captured well.
