Fandom High School Host Club - Sunday, February 10 - Music Room: Late Afternoon
On this particular afternoon, soft classical music could be heard throughout the Music room at Fandom High. Tamaki had brought with him a small stereo and had been sure to have plenty of waltzing music on hand. In addition to the music, he'd brought two stacks of handouts, which he stacked neatly next to the stereo.
Tamaki smiled at everyone as they filed in, then bowed low in greeting.
"My fellow students and brand new hosts," he said cheerily, "Welcome to the Fandom High School Host Club's second ever meeting!" He smiled and gestured to the first stack of handouts. "First of all, I would like each Host to take a look at these basic lessons in etiquette. You will all be expected to behave like gentlemen while you are in the club! Do not forget," he winked. "I would also like all of you to see me when you have a moment, for I shall be taking costume theme suggestions for upcoming meetings." He turned to the guests. "I shall also take costume theme requests from the ladies, if they have any ideas," he added, with a disarming smile, "For their input is the most precious of all. Our aim is to delight!"
"As I mentioned in my e-mail earlier this week, you will all be learning to waltz today. A gentleman is graceful and light on his feet, Hosts," he said smoothly, sweeping his arm through the air as he spoke and stopping it in front of the second stack of papers. These are your dance step diagrams. Study them carefully, then choose a dance partner and give the waltz a try! I will be watching, and please do ask me if you're unsure. Give it your best effort! On occasion, the Host Club will have parties, and parties require dancing!"
After a moment, he grinned and cocked his head to the side, raising a hand to his chin. "I would like to add that I am also available to dance, and honored to do so, should any of the lovely volunteers feel lonely or wish to test my skill and grace."
He raised his hands and clapped them sharply, beaming with glee as he did so. "Begin!"
[OOC:Please wait for OCD is up. Post is here for everyone who loves to dance! The Host Club is seeking volunteers to waltz with the Hosts and the music room doors are wide open. Please come and dance with us!]

Re: Mingle
"Liir."
Yes, he should have remembered, but he wasn't exactly in the best mindset recently.

His voice was very bland, very noncommittal. A look into his eyes said easily enough, however, that he was hurting.

Re: Mingle
He breathed in, closed his eyes, tried to remember how to be Teddy's friend again. It was hard, because it had been such a young thing, fragile in certain ways. Never anything he thought he deserved.
"I'm sorry. I'm not-- it hasn't stopped and I don't know what to do about it and the other day--"
It hurt to not have a friend. He could talk to a dozen others, but a friend was a friend, was different. It hurt not to feel as if he could talk to Teddy. About this was even worse.
Re: Mingle
"Have you talked to anyone about trying to stop it?"
Re: Mingle
"I've talked to Professor Ambrose," he admitted. "And Miss Lulu, a little."
He shook his head.
Nothing useful. Because he wasn't magic.
Re: Mingle
Because he was magic. Clearly.

"It doesn't happen often, but it unnerved her while she was showing me meditation today."
He was talking to Teddy, not nearly as comfortably as he had before, but it was better.
Re: Mingle
"Maybe that'll help, you know? Being able to stay in your body?"

Re: Mingle
"Some are fever dreams. Some are memories from people. Some are happy, some are just fragments, some are terrifying. There's nothing that connects them."
He swallowed.
And his eyes were elsewhere.

"Nothing about the environment?"
Re: Mingle
"Hmm?"
