Detention, February 9th [Saturday Morning]

When the students arrived for detention, the Danger Shop was set up to look like a picturesque Welsh mountain range, and Bond was looking disgustingly and disturbingly cheerful, almost bouncy in fact.

"Good morning," he greeted them, after taking down their names, bouncing on the balls of his feet as he gestured around the mountainside. "These here are the Brecon Beacons, and you be spending your detention engaged in a hike, along with some obstacle exercises, nothing too taxing." Given that his own experiences with these mountains had involved sleet, rifles, and increasingly loaded-down backpacks at all hours, taxing really was in the eye of the beholder.

"Oh and do try to keep up, it would be...unfortunate if you were to fall behind," Bond added, before starting down the trail at a slow jog.

Of course there was a pit. Looking far too bouncy considering the length of time they'd been running, Bond jumped down into the pit and just as quickly hauled himseld out the other side.

Ron was huffing and puffing at this point. However as he'd served detention with Snape he knew better than to open his mouth and complain if he wanted to end up with more detention.

Lucas was really starting to wonder if this exercise was ever going to end as he jumped down into the pit and started working on getting back out again.

Yeah no.

Teddy just leapt across the pit, wings helping him on his way. Falling wasn't fun, after all.

Into the pit, appreciating the burn in his lungs as he started to find himself slightly short of breath, and out again.

A month in fandom had left him starting to fall out of shape. He was going to have to ask Bond if he could use this course again in the future to brush up.

Okay, not as weird as a grave, but. Sighing and definitely moving slower, Brooke hopped in, but only had a little bit of trouble getting back out.

Oh, hell no. But she had to get it over with to get out of this torture scenario. Into the pit she went and then, scrambling and kicking for footholds, eventually managed to pull herself out the other side.

She had to get in shape.

Andros jumped in to the pit quickly and had no problem getting back out.
