Deadpool was not chipper today.

Deadpool was not in the mood to teach.

Deadpool wanted someone to pay for his damn costume being ripped apart by a moron embodiment of war who refused to stop trying to kill him.

Deadpool... was making the kids watch a movie today.

"We will never talk about the weekend and teacher has a headache and will hopefully have a hangover by tomorrow."

A beat.

"So, enjoy 4:15 to Tuscon and no talking to me." He let his head drop on the desk and looked half asleep by the time it hit.

"My evil twin", Michael said wryly.

"Yeah? How evil?"

"Not evil evil, but he was harassing some girl dressed like she was from the '50s? And I mean really harassing."

"Sounds a little like Sammy the last time this kind of thing happened," Dean said. "I had to tie him to a bed for the duration."

Michael couldn't help laughing at that.

"Yeah? Who'd he turn into, or was it just a general horndog thing?"

"Just some ass named Tom. I spent most of that weekend resisting the urge to whap him until he straightened up."

"And you got away with staying yourself that year?"

"Yeah." Dean shrugged. "Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason about who gets affected and how doesn't in these things."

"Just like everything else 'round here, then", Michael said with a snort.

"Pretty much," Dean told him. "You get used to it. Mostly."

"How long'd it take you?" he asked curiously.

Dean thought about it. "After the cookies that made me think I was living in a musical, I think."

"A musical?" That got a grin. "Did you sing?"

"Sang, danced, slept with a girl I had never met before," Dean said. "Then got hit in the head with a frying pan wielded by my girlfriend at the time." He paused. "That last wasn't part of the musical, just her commentary on the whole thing."

Michael cracked up.

"Well, a frying pan'd have to be a pretty clear commentary. No concussion, right?"

"Just a little one," Dean said.

"Ah, well. Close enough."

"That's just the risk of dating a girl with a good swing," Dean said, grinning. "At least Sammy went into it prewarned."

"Of getting hit with frying pans?"

"Of the dangers of getting Dawn pissed."

"Dawn... that did the radio show that time?"

"Yeah. She's roomies with my brother. And they're also dating now. But she and I went out for a while first."

"Heh. Bet that made life interesting. She's the frying pan girl, or is that your girlfriend now?"

"Nope, Dawn's the one who wields a mean frying pan. Meg so far hasn't hit me at all."

"So far?" Michael asked with a sideways glance.
