As the students came in Yondaime was at the front of the class tacking up a large map of some made up world. He smiled at everyone once he was done. “Well like the syllabus promises, today you are getting your countries and naming them,” he explained. “Each country has a number corresponding to it and you’ll find out which is your country by looking at the number taped down on your desk. Also each country has a strength and a weakness and the two smallest countries have two strengths to make up for being so small.” Yondaime shrugged. “It only seemed fair.”

“As for names, the sky is the limit,” he grinned. “I don’t care if you call your country the ‘land of rainbows and glitter. Usually though a countries name reflects the country… with the exception of Greenland and Iceland, I don’t understand those ones, but I don’t think that will matter much here. Once you’ve got a name for your country you can come up and write it on the map then meet with the countries that border yours.”

"Yes! You can come visit my...vast tourist attractions?" Demyx read over the little description of his country. "Oh man! Droughts? Seriously???"

"Maybe your sitar stole all the water from your country." He was kidding. Makoto glanced at the description of his country, "I've got earthquakes. And really good fishing, apparently."

"That must be it!" Demyx agreed heartily. "We have such rockin' concerts in the summer that there's just not enough water left in the air. Makes perfect sense!"

"There you go," Makoto had to laugh, because the reasoning of that did make sense to him. A bit anyway. "maybe your concerts are one of the tourist attractions."

"Of course they are. How often do you fine a world leader who's a total rock star, too?" Demyx gestured with his hands, not quite flaily. "The whole country is gonna be awesome."

"I don't think I've ever heard of a country with a rock star as it's leader." He grinned. "You'll definitely be unique."

"That's what I look forward to!" Demyx bounced slightly. "And I'll be in charge. Not some crazy guy with bad hair and weird fashion sense."

"Crazy guy...?" He looked curious.

"Yeah. Where I'm from, the world I spent the most time on was run by the Superior, the leader of Organization XIII...he was a total psychopath with no appreciation for art." Demyx held a bit of a grudge toward Xemnas. For good reasons, generally.

"Ah," he leaned back in his chair, "then one of the first major things you should ensure that all the population of your country has is a fine appreciation of art." He grinned. "Your art, most of all."

"Definitely! Music, art, and theatre. And dance, of course!" Demyx rubbed his hands together gleefully. "Best. Country. Ever."

"Except for mine." Makoto said teasingly. "I'm not going to let your country have all the glory. And we should have a treaty or something between our countries so we can do joint productions. Your music, my actors."

"YES!" Demyx shouted, jumping up from his chair. "Absolutely and yes!"

That? That would be Makoto trying not to look too startled at Demyx's shouting.

He grinned though. "What is the name of your country anyway?"

"Musicland," Demyx said proudly.

"..." That would be Makoto trying not to laugh while feeling relieved because at least his name was more creative than that. "That'll be good and easy to remember," he said, grinning.

"That's what I thought," Demyx agreed, oblivious to the possible being laughed at. "I like it."

"Which is, of course, the most important thing."

"Of course! It's my country!"

Makoto grinned. "Until I conquer it anyway." He was kidding.

Demyx's mood shifted abruptly, his eyes narrowing. "I don't think so."

That got him upraised eyebrows, "It's just a joke, calm down."

"Wasn't much of a joke," Demyx said, grumpy. He didn't need Fandom-onset PMS ro have moodswings.

"Sorry, sorry." Makoto looked apologetic, "I'll not do it again."

"It would definitely be a bad start for international relations," Demyx pointed out, smiling again.
