Oh, it had been too long.

Deadpool grinned, sitting cross-legged on his desk as he waited for the kids to all file on in.

"Gooood morin' kiddies! Good mornin' and welcome to Criminal Justice! The class where you all get to learn all the valuable lessons that I painstakingly gathered over years of being arrested and watching a lot of television." A beat. "Mostly TV at this point, I have a tendency to wander away when threatened with arrest these days. It's just annoying anymore."

He grinned brightly. "Anywho! Today is the day where I ask why exactly you all are takin' the class. is it because you want to be feebs? Blackhats? Just like taking classes from crazy folks? Clerical error? Are accidentally in the wrong room? If so, down the hall and to the left."

Aly nodded with equal sincerity. "One of these things is not like the other."

"You'd think so, but not really." Wade replied. "Surprisingly similar stuff."

"My mistake then," she said easily. "How's the class?"

"One of my students decided to show off her legs to me. It was awkward."

"Which student?" Aly asked. "Were they nice legs? Did you tell her you were married?"

"Kara Kent, I think and I called her bad jailbait and then she stopped," Wade replied, making a note next to the kid's name.

Aly burst out laughing. "I hope she's in my class. Maybe she'll show me her legs too."

"At least you're less creepy old man." A beat. "Mostly because you're a woman, but still!"

"...so I'm a creepy old woman?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Well if the shoe fits..."

"If I'm old, what does that make you?"

"Well preserved," Wade shot back.

"Ancient," she corrected.

"I'll bring up your MILF mom again, so help me," He warned, setting the list of students to the side.

"Don't know, does it mean you're agreeing with me?" she asked, wide-eyed and amused.

"No," Wade replied. "It means that she's hot. Very hot."

Aly shuddered. "I hate you. Though admittedly I'm glad you know my mother as she is now and aren't talking about the teenage version."

Wade also made a face. "That would have been waaaay too creepy."

Especially since he thought her dad had a certain Sean Connery sex appeal going on.

"No kidding," she said, shuddering again. "Ew." There was a pause. "Okay. OFF that subject now."

"New topic!" Wade cleared his throat. "How goes your class planning?"

"Good one," Aly agreed. "Excellent. Nothing like teaching a whole bunch of high school students how to be sneaky. And knowing most of them will completely fail at it."

Wade put an arm over her shoulder, pulling her close for a hug. "Aww, but they're trying! At least you're not in a car with them?"

"Thank the gods," she agreed. "It's scary enough being in a car with me driving."

"It really was," Wade admitted. "Next road trip we go on, I'm stealing a jet."

"That's not so much a road trip then, is it?" Aly asked. "You really lose out on that close to the road, 'we're all going to die' feeling."
