The Library
Janet slides gracefully down the halls of Fandom High, surveying everyone she passes. She reaches the door to the library, flips the sign to open, and walks in.
Today Janet is wearing makeup. Janet has never once worn makeup and only occasionally painted her nails. Her finger and toe nails are painted a burnished copper, her lips are a dark red, and her eyes have been rimmed with green and copper eye shadow, and thick black eyeliner, almost like kohl. She is wearing sandals, a long, spreading russet orange skirt, and a midriff-baring black tank top that looks suspiciously like it might belong to Aeryn.
Oddly enough, she has no coffee on hand.

She sits back down, angry, and starts typing away furiously. Should Methos happen to inspect the screen, the language is similar to Egyptian, but just different enough that he cannot read it. (OOC: *cough*Goa'uld*cough*)
Angry icon! Hee! And you totally did that to tick Hathor!Janet off. *giggles*

"Oookay," Methos says, backing the hell off. Not before he takes a peek at the screen, and then stops and stares. It's a form of Egyptian hieroglyphs, but not a form he recognizes. Rather, he recognizes but can't read it. If he recalls correctly, it's a form that died out before he was born, and the texts written in it were as puzzling to the ancient Egyptians as their hieroglyphs were to modern -- modern being anything in the last three hundred years -- scholars.
Quite aside from Janet acting strangely -- and he'd only known her, what, less than a month? -- he could have just misread her. But the hieroglphs meant something...

Janet slammed the screen of her laptop closed. "Do not continue to intrude where you are not wanted," she snapped, then reached and grabbed a sheaf of paperwork to alphabetize.

OOC
Janet'sshoulder and go take it to Danny? Please? Methos will totally miscopy because it's just vaguely familiar-looking squiggles to him (unless you would like info communicated), but I've been dying to get Methos and Danny in the same room and this is perfect.Re: OOC

What is your squalling problem?
(ooc: Hee!)

We do not have a problem. We think it is you that appears to have a problem.
OOC: *giggles* I am so feeling the lack of a cape for Hathor to sweep around with too. *is saddened*

(ooc: Hathor so needs a cape.)
