Fandom's Next Top Runway Model [Monday, Period Five]

After they finished arriving, Ares smiled at the class. As usual, it wasn't a particulary comforting smile.

"Today's class follows on somewhat from last week's class," he said. "As having covered undergarments, I feel it is now an appropriate time to move onto swimwear."

Well, technically it was appropriate if either the cold had no effect on you, or you could just think yourself to warmer climes.

"So today I'd like you to all divide up to discuss the pros and cons of various types of swim-suit, and we'll see if you can't decide on the best design. Although personally, I favour the skinny-dipping option."

[ooc: wait for OCD up!]

"That's true, but if you're over a certian weight I don't believe you should wear a speedo."

Evie frowned, wondering. "What is a Speedo? I'm not certain I've seen one."

"Well do you know what a bikini bottom looks like? It's like that, but only for men," Haku explained. "From what I've learned they're very popular in Europe and far to many men wear them when they really shouldn't."

Evie stared at him, turning even pinker, then looking around the room, and finally squeaking, "Oh! Yes. Utter agreement. And, well. Um." She tried not to hyperventilate. "They wouldn't get arrested?"

Haku winced sympatheticly at Evie's reaction and shook his head. "No, I'm afraid not."

"Eeeeep."

Evie managed to turn a pink usually found only in Hallmark cards.

"Then I agree wholeheartedly and support legislation to stop the wearing of Speedos. Yes."

"Well not completely," Haku put in. "I wear one under a t-shirt."

Evie tried to picture that, and more than a disturbing mental image, she was just left with an odd one. "Hmmm." She tilted her head, trying to see it, then absently said, "But how large of a t-shirt?"

"Down to the upper thigh I think," he said looking thoughtfully.

Evie tilted her head, then nodded. "Entirely acceptable. Although I could never do it myself."

"I only started once I came here to fandom. At home I just wore an underrobe."
