Sam was finishing his breakfast - if a muffin from J,GOB could be called breakfast - on the way to the library, and trying not to drop the whole separate bag of books he needed to return.

"Oh, that sounds the best," Sam agreed, taking a long sip of the coffee. "I definitely feel supported and appreciated now."

"Yeah, it was pretty good," Sam said. "Kind of slow, but that's not a bad thing at all. How about you?"

"Isabel introduced me to a show that I'm not supposed to watch while eating," Peter said. "I'm still trying to figure out if that's a good thing."

"Strange as ever," Peter said. "Thankfully so far it doesn't involve full-on nudity. 'course now that I've said that I've probably jinxed it."

Sam was not thinking about that. At all. Especially not with Peter and Dawn in the class. No thinking whatsoever, really.

"I don't know if Ares can go that far," Sam said, trying to sound reassuring.

Sam held the coffee cup closer to himself defensively. "I really am sorry," he said. "But at least you won't have to get naked?"
