Detention [13.10]

It was early but Harriet was looking bright and alert as she watched the students arrive. She had a cup of tea and a smile that might be just a little unnerving as she waited outside the Dangershop.

"Somehow I think this is the thing I have to kill," Jamie said aloud as he gripped his sword.

The real sword, thank you.

"And I think I might be better off having some help."

About 20 stomps of his foot later and an legion of nekkid Jamies are now attacking the Jabberwocky.

The poor Jabberwocky, mouth agape, flailed at the nekkid Jamies.

Nekkid.

It wasn't programmed to deal with nekkid.

With a pathetic whiffle it spread its wing and went to launch itself into the air.

With its eyes closed.

"No! Wait! We have to kill you!" One of the nekkid Jamies called out.

The rest of the Jamie's rushed at the Jabberwocky with their duplicated swords and attempted to hack at it.

With its eyes closed, it was hard to fly.

The Jabberwocky made it a few feet into the air, slammed into a tree branch, knocked itself blessedly unconscious, and fell back down amongst the nekkid Jamies.

And it wasn't long before the vorpal sword - or possibly several - went snicker-snack, sliced it through and through the neck, and severed its head, killing it dead.

Bloodlessly, as it happened.

And with that they grabbed Jabby's head and headed back to where they started.
