It was early but Harriet was looking bright and alert as she watched the students arrive. She had a cup of tea and a smile that might be just a little unnerving as she waited outside the Dangershop.

"Oh, frak," Lee mumbled, not having expected that and swung wildly at the Jabberwocky to both defend and get a lucky shot in.

The Jabberwocky was ungainly, and also extremely angry, both of which combined to make it clumsy. It dodged the sword awkwardly, missing Lee completely, and flew in a circle around him, whiffling and burbling loudly.

Now that he knew the Jabberwocky wasn't going to play nice, he stood up and levered the sword again. Remembering the old man's advice to stay away from jaws and claws, he held the sword steady and waited for another approach.

It did a barrel roll, diving down again, neck stretched right out to bite at Lee's feet, trying to knock him off the hill and make him drop the fiendish sword.

Since the Jabberwocky was going low, Lee went high and tried to drive the sword into the top of it's head while scrambling away to keep his feet safe.

The sword impacted right between its eyes, stunning it, and it wobbled down to earth, eyes rolling a little as it weaved drunkenly back and forth, trying to focus.

With that opened, Lee clambered back down the rocks, sword still up in a sort of defensive stance before moving in front of the drunkenly wobbling Jabberwocky and swinging at its neck.

With a snicker-snack, the vorpal blade sliced through and through its neck, and the Jabberwocky toppled over to a bloodless death, head landing neatly at Lee's feet.
