Interdisciplinary Studies or Whatever, Class 6, Friday, Period 1

Squall sat on his desk in front of the classroom, with a stack of papers next to him. "All right, class!" he said, as he tossed out the sign-in clipboard. "Today's class is on PAYING ATTENTION, so we're going to have a little test. Books and notes away, and pencils out, please."

He hopped down off the desk and looked at them. "I hope you all've been taking good notes in class. Good luck; you're going to need it." He started passing the papers out. "No talking. Name in the top right corner. Answer the questions, to the best of your ability, with information you've learned in class." He smirked and rolled his eyes. "Or draw me a pretty picture of a pony. Whatever. Your choice, really."

1) You totally never told us that. So I'm gonna say Fina. And if it's wrong, I don't give a crap. I don't know where else has steak. Whatever.

2) I'm not supposed to drink, and hello, another thing you never told us? I'm sure they have blue drinks. I usually go for orange. Fuzzy navels rock.

3) Deadpool would totally kick your ass. I'm his minion. I should know.

In the free space below question 3, Rikku drew a picture of an ice cream pony holding a gun. She put several arrows next to it and in big block letters: THIS IS WHY DEADPOOL IS MORE AWESOME THAN YOU. And then she added a ^ symbol so she could scribble "one of many reasons" before "WHY."

"Rikku," Squall said, scowling at her. "You've completely failed to answer the first two questions. And you got the third one wrong. AND your pony has a gun."

He shrugged.

"You never told us this stuff," Rikku said, folding her arms. "I'm having a crappy week and the third one I got right 'cause he'd kick your butt and Deadpool calls me his li'l minion and is buying me ice cream and a gun and I hate this stupid class and I wish I had cut today and why give us a test on crap you're just making up and this sucks."

Look, she was in a mood.

Squall grinned. "THANK you. Today's class is on paying attention, and you're the only one who's managed it."

He frowned at her. "B-minus. You bring Deadpool around and he beats me, I'll change it to an A."

"I got it right so you drop my grade? That sucks!" Rikku processed the rest of his words. "Wait a sec. You mean it? About Deadpool? Next class or when?"

'Beat someone up so I get an A'. He'd totally do that for her. Deadpool was awesome.

Squall shrugged. "Whenever he's free. Just let me know ahead of time. I need about five minutes to prepare properly."
