Fandom's Next Top Runway Model [Monday, Period Five]

"I hope you all spent the weekend in an alcohol-fuelled orgy, and if you didn't party standards have gone down since my time," Ares said as his class came in. "Today our esteemed Principal Washburn will be helping to judge your efforts, so I'm not going to give my usual speech about respecting her, since if you don't already, I can't help you."

"Today we are going to talk about accessorising," he said. "The purpose of accessories is too compliment your outfit, help make your statement."

Ares gestured to a large and varied selection of weapons. "I find these to be very useful for that. Today you are going to go through these and see if you can't find something to your fashion sensibilities, you can even spruce them up a little if you desire, provided you don't take away from the effectiveness. For anyone nervous about handling weapons, please note that all of these are simulated and you cannot harm yourself or others with them. That said, don't be stupid, I'm sure Principal Washburn will have a few choice words if you are."

[ooc: wait for OCD up!]

"You think so?" asked Hoshi.

Chad nodded. "Not too much; you want to keep it editorial, but glitter's always a good way to go."

Hoshi nodded. She listened carefully to his speech patterns since his accent was really interesting.

And Chad thought this was interesting, because it actually seemed like she was actually paying attention to him, and he wasn't really used to that. His head tilted slightly. He know he'd seen her in class a lot, and his memory was really crappy, but... "Have we, like, technically met and stuff yet?" He sighed a little at having to admit this next part. "I can't remember you name. I'm sorry."

"Hoshi Sato," she said. "I don't think we've really met, but I've seen you around."

"Am kinda hard to miss," Chad offered with a light smile, and nodded. "Nice to meet you, Hoshi. Sado." The smile increased minutely at that. Sado, Sato. It was amusing to him. "Yasutora Sado, but everyone calls me Chad."

"Nice to meet you, Chad," said Hoshi. Now she was really intrigued by the contradiction of a Japanese name with what seemed like but wasn't completely a Mexican accent.
