There was the usual spread of goodies laid out for the students as they came in to class today. Wilson was sipping on some coffee as he finished setting up a project which he turned on and set to hibernate for the time being.

Once everyone was seated, he walked back to his desk and picked up a large stack of blue books of doom.

"Okay guys, today is your first test. I hope you all made some use of the study halls over the past week, though ... studying probably won't help you with this test."

Don't you just love tests like that?

Walking around he handed out the blue books doom and then came back down to the projector.

"The test. Here is a picture of a fairly run of the mill dorm room. I want you each to study this image and come up with three different ways, items in this room could be used to help you in the following scenarios."

Walking to the chalk board, he listed.

List
Escape brain eating zombies
Escape a bad date
Escape an island drenching flood
Defend yourself from Gremlins
Deal with your roommate turning into a wild animal.

"So, to be clear you'll have a total of 15 answers, three to each scenario. All clear? Wonderful! Good luck!"

Sometime towards the end of the hour, Wilson move back to the chalkboard and wrote.

Next week we will have a guest speaker, please be prepared.

Chris's eyes widened. It occurred to him that it was a really good thing he hadn't ended up sitting on the same bed as Savannah during the movie. Or worse, Johnny.

Very good thing it wasn't Savannah. Johnny might have to actually hurt Chris today were that the case. Now, were it he? Well, who knows... they could have gotten their freak on.

In which case, Johnny just grinned at Chris, imagining him thinking the exact same thing. Highly amusing.

That grin was disconcerting. Because Johnny was probably the last person on the island that Chris would ever want to 'get his freak on' with.

Well, last after Wyatt, Prue and Anders.

"I guess you guys were okay yesterday," he said, striving to be amicable.

Hey, Johnny was clean! Maaaaaan!

Not that that had to do with anything right now or anything...

"As okay as okay can be. I woke up freaked out. What about you?"

"That'll depend on if Shawn kills me or not," Chris said.

Johnny arched a brow. "You and Summer... uh... hook up?"

"No! I mean... not like that..." Chris was flailing. "But, you know, we thought we were a couple."

Yeah, Johnny knew the whole couple thing, he was just digging for info now. That and he was amusing himself with Chris' flailing. "Not like what exactly? Had to do something if you think Shawn might want to kill you."

Chris shrugged. "You know... the whole... kissing thing. And sleeping in the same bed."

"Cool..." Except it wasn't. "Good thing I slept and woke up with my sweetie."

"Yeah, good for you." Chris couldn't keep from rolling his eyes a little.

"Hey," Johnny said, chilling with the making fun of Chris thing. "It could have easily been me waking up with Summer. The whole freaking school was confused this last weekend; Shawn should be understanding. You, uh, talk to Summer yet?"

Chris nodded. "We woke up together this morning. Everything is fine with us. On the whole, I don't think this was as bad as when our potential future kid showed up."

"You and Summer have a future kid?"

"You weren't here when that happened?" Chris asked, amused. "One weekend the island was overrun with all these kids that were apparently the potential future children of people. I had a son with Summer and a daughter with Luna. Summer had a daughter with Shawn and a daughter with some guy she knew from back home, too."

"No, I wasn't," Johnny said incredulously after he listened to Chris. "Good God, I... Fandom was a whore house?"

Chris laughed. "Well, if I remember correctly, there were a few people who had a number of children show up," he said. "It was definitely bizarre. The kids were cute though."

"I... can't imagine being a dad. And in high school? No way bro, er, I mean Chris. How did you deal?"

"The best we could. The kids were here and we couldn't exactly ignore them. Luckily they were only here for a few days and then they were able to go back to their real homes."

"I'm sorry, that is just so hard to grasp hold of," he said, wondering how anyone could be an instant dad. "I'm not ready for it. Not by a long shot."

"Maybe we'll get lucky and it won't happen again," Chris said. "But this place seems to have a knack for throwing things at us that we aren't ready for."

"I'm learning that. You think this whole weekend was just one of those things?"

Chris shrugged. "That's my best guess, yeah," he said. "I mean, we weren't drinking or doing drugs or anything."

"Nah, you're right. Just weird waking up and not knowing who you are," Johnny said, thinking about being Wyatt ~~whose butt he was going to kick later but didn't know it yet hoozah!~~.

"Yeah, definitely."
