Today, the Danger Shop had been programmed back into its Badlands setting. The students, as they came in, found themselves standing in a valley with only one exit, with a line-up of Marine armor propped up against one of the walls. Kerrigan stood atop the rocks, her rifle in her arms.

"I have assigned you all groups of two. One of you will be the team leader, another will be assigned a stealth simulation protocol so they can operate what basically amounts to a personal cloaking device - but only within the confines of this sim. Don't try to take this one home, boys," and she may have shot Sokka ~~if he was there~~ a look, "You'll just end up disappointed. Your mission, and it's not up to you whether or not you get to accept it, is to get your stealth unit past enemy lines to the command centre some two miles from here. Check your minimap if you need to retrace your steps -- and good luck."

She turned around and vanished behind the rock.

Harry did the same, hoping he'd aimed well enough. "Good."

Both marines, not particularly well-versed in the art of strategy, had made the fatal error of... continuing to walk and fire while being fired at.

One of them caved and fell over, dead. The other aimed better, looking to take out Seely. The shots had winged him, however.

Seely swore underbreath, keeping under cover. "Shoot him," he hissed at Harry.

Harry poked out, aimed much more carefully, and fired a few shots at the marine. "You're bloody better at it," he grumbled, ducking back before he could see whether he'd hit.

"Yeah, but which of us is he shooting at?" Seely hissed. "And who has the cloaking device?"

Harry made a face and peeked out to shoot a few more times.

Firing wildly, the last marine went down, leaving what seemed to be an unobstructed path down to the peninsula, where three large scanners stood bleeping before the bridge to the next segment.

Harry knew a cue when he saw one. He jumped up from their hiding place and carefully -- but quickly -- started to make his way over to the peninsula.

Seely did his best to keep Harry covered, just in case the scanners picked up on him.

Harry tried to keep out of the line of the scanners as he reached them, taking cover just in case.

Seely kept on eye on the scanners and one on his map as he waited for Harry to cross the bridge.

A little further up the bridge stood a single marine. He was looking the other way, though.
