Once again, Ares waited for his class to finish arriving before addressing them. "First, I like to ask you welcome our guest judge for the lesson, Kerrigan."

"Secondly, since I am sure you all remembered to acquire leather clothing during the week, you will spend this lesson working on altering your leather clothing to personalise it and make it more fierce. At the end of the lesson you'll all model it, and our judge will help to critique your clothing."

"Except Lee, who as TA, will have to spend the lesson shirtless."

The only things Johnny could find to fit the class requirement were his riding leathers. He did his walk down the runway in looser leather pants, heavy boots, a leather jacket, and a plain grey t-shirt underneath.

The knees on the pants were heavily worn, and there were scuff marks on the sides (that had been hastily scrubbed at in vain just minutes before) where they'd been dragged across dirt roads at high speeds.

Kerrigan gave him a smile. Hey, it looked a lot more practical than anything else she'd seen so far. "Good running in that?"

Johnny shrugged his shoulders, but had a cheerful expression. "Not too bad. Better on a motorbike though, 'cause the boots'll weigh ya down a bit."

"Nice and practical," she approved. Johnny's accent was causing her own to assert itself a little more. Just a trickle, really. She'd never had that much of one. "I think that makes ya the best contestant so far."
