Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part I

Zoe was very impressed with how well the construction people had done in rebuilding the school, and the grounds had been cleared just in time for the picnic to welcome the new students and teachers. Tables and chairs had been set up, and there was plenty of food and drinks, along with nametags, and two signs, one listing the Big Sibling/Little Sibling pairings, and another listing rooms and roommates for the new students.

[WAIT FOR THE OCD PLEASE. OCD IS UP. This is part one of the picnic, for specifically meeting siblings, roommates, and teachers. Part two is happening simultaneously here, in an effort to keep browsers from breaking for as long as possible. *g*]

"Leon..?" Sora blinked as he thought he saw the grumpy brunette from a distance and moved in for a better look.

"LEON! It is you!" He grinned brightly.

Squall facepalmed.

"No, kid, it's not. I just look like him." He shrugged. "You must be a friend of what's-her-name with the dress, right?"

"Oh," Sora blinked and stepped back. "Yeah Naminé," he nodded. "But I knew you from before. You said I couldn't be the Chosen of the Keyblade because I was too scrawny. Well at least the one who looks just like you said that."

Squall shrugged. "Naminé, right," he said. "Decent student, self-esteem issues."

He looked Sora up and down with a smirk. "You ARE too scrawny to be any sort of Chosen One. I guess this Leon guy's as smart as he is good-looking, huh?"

"I'm bigger than I was when you said that! And I've saved the universe!" He paused. "Twice!"

"But Leon's still really smart, even if he got that wrong," Sora grinned. "He leads the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee and works on the giant computer there."

(...And even my doppelgangers are stuck being in charge of stuff. Good thing I got the hell out of that.)

"Name's Squall, by the way. Squall Leonhart. NOT Leon."

"You know it's kinda funny. Leon yells at us when anyone calls him Squall."

This guy looked like Leon, talked like Leon, acted like Leon and even went by Leon's old name. Maybe it was more of that weird time thing that Naminé had mentioned and this was Leon in the past.

He smiled brightly. "Sure thing L-Squall. I don't think that will be a problem."
