Announcements [Mid Tuesday Morning]

Umbridge sounded markedly happier as she starts the announcements for this morning. "Good morning, children. I do hope you all are having a wonderful day. I know I am."

She didn't say that a day's worth of discipline tended to make her giddy. "Those that came to visit me yesterday, I do hope you'll think twice about breaking my very fair rules and regulations from now on. We wouldn't want a repeat of yesterday now would we?"

She giggled loudly into the speakers. "Today, though, I would like to see Peter Petrelli, Namine, Gavin Darklighter and Phoebe Halliwell to report to my office as soon as possible. We all need to have a little chat."

"And now, dear children, I would like to introduce educational decree number three. I am now instituting a curfew for all students that are living in the dormitories. You must, I repeat, you must be in your room and in your bed by 11pm FST or risk being punished. This means no wandering the halls, no lounging in the common room, no gathering in town, no nothing. This is for your safety, children. This curfew goes into effect immediately. Thank you and have a wonderful day."

[Feel free to react! I wholly expect the curfew decree to get broken mercilessly. Those that were called to the office, if you can't make it, don't worry. We can reschedule.]

Bel glared at the speaker. No way was he letting this bitch do anything to Phoebe.

Tori glared at the speaker, wondering if Umbridge really thought she'd obey this newest decree. Those were just getting ridiculous.

When Tori heard Phoebe was being called to the office, she tensed, hoping her friend would be all right.

Marco sat staring at the speaker for a full minute before colapsing in uncontrolable laughter.

Sam rolled his eyes at the announcement and wondered how many common rooms would be full tonight. He wasn't exactly pleased to hear Peter's name called though.

Anders's head jerked up, and he glared at the speaker venomously. After what had happened to Annette last night . . .

"Oh, I swear, you frakking do anything to her and I'm gonna . . . I'm . . ."

Okay, sometimes it kind of sucked being the non-magical one of the trio.

Adam frowned at the speaker when he heard Namine and Phoebe being called in.

He became worried for them, wondering what Umbridge might do. And decree number three? As if anyone was going to listen to that.
