Accelerated Scouting - Week 4 - Tuesday, Period Five

"Good afternoon Campers!" Dale said cheerfully. "For those of you keeping track you have not only earned your Second Class rank you've also received your First Class rank as well. You should be proud of yourselves. After completing these ranks, you should be adept at participating in all of the activities in the Boy Scout program. You are all literally First Class Scouts.

Robin took a moment to gape. This guy sounded a lot more lucid than Reagan! He raised his hand, and because he was small, stood on his desk to make sure he was seen.

"Sir, could you arrange to have Umbridge deported? Pretty please?"

Then rubbed his eyes. And stared some more.

Then looked over his shoulder towards the Secret Service agent, who nodded.

"Yes?" he asked faintly.

"Sir, I forget precisely which amendment it is, but the protection against discrimination regardless of race, religion, and so on, would you say that would extend to species, if they were sentient and of human level intelligence?"
