John rushed into the Danger Shop with the cart of engines. "Sorry about that," he said. "I got held up at work lunch and didn't get to do what I had planned. So, for today, you should be able to have the engine running without serious problems, and should start thinking about the design. I'd prefer if you went with a four-wheel design with rear engine, but whatever'll cross the finish line. And have a roll cage. And not blow up."

"Unless you have a proven way to regrow limbs or some sort of reset save point Get Out Of Death Free card, you're boned," he said with a smile. "I'm sure I'd get a stern letter if I let my students blow crap up when they're not supposed to."
