"Hello impressionable youths of varying species!" Deadpool said, bouncing a little as he bit a large cardboard box down. "Today we are going over the most important part of being a mercenary..."

"The outfit!"

(Wow, I am so gay now.)

"Now, an outfit can be used as a trademark or to disguise your identity. For me, it's a trademark and don't you listen to anyone named Spider-Man who tries to tell you otherwise. My outfit is original and unique and just adorable. Now as for hiding an identity, I turn to my T.A., Setsuna!"

Setsuna groaned at her idiot teacher's antics before stepping forward, shaking her head at him.

"Now if I give here this pair of glasses..." He handed over the glasses, waiting for her to put them on.

Oh yeah, he was going to get yelled at for this. Or not allowed alcohol the next time he went to the Nest, or something.

She put the glasses on, still shaking her head at his stupidity.

"Voila! A completely different person!"

(Now she needs a plucky reporter girlfriend.)

He nudged the box o' costumes forward toward the class. "I expect excellent outfits by the end of the class period."

"Oh!" He slapped his forehead. "I almost forgot! This weekend there will be a field trip into the woods with the ninjaing and explosions classes. There will be wackiness abounds, but remember that throwing bombs at teachers is still a bad idea."

That...definitely earned an arch of Setsuna's eyebrow. "I never suggested that you should," she said. "Although, according to Deadpool's theory, I suppose, you would take them off and a totally different person would be standing there next to me." She rolled her eyes. "Take off the glasses, and, surprise! Buddha, or something..."

She sighed, muttering something mostly meant for herself, "This is almost even more of a ridiculous disguise than that damn bunny costume..."

Kabuto didn't rise to the bait of explaining what happened when the glasses came off. Instead, he went with her muttering. "...Bunny costume?" he asked. "Wait. No. I don't want to know." He smirked, pushing his glasses up.

Setsuna winced when she realized she'd said that outloud, her face filling with pink. Still, she tried to look as confident and unfazed as possible. "The stretch of the call of duty," she said simply, "knows no bounds ~~especially in fanservicy manga~~."

"I see." Not that he did. Or wanted to, for that matter. But it was best to go along with people when one really didn't care. "At least our pitiful excuse for a teacher didn't force you to wear it now, hm?"

"Oh, come on, now," Setsuna said, almost not believing the words that were coming out of her mouth, but there they were. And her arms were even crossing firmly over her chest as if that would make her point stronger. "I wouldn't exactly call him pitiful. Not in regards to his position as a teacher, at any rate..."

"..." Kabuto gave her a flat look. "...Riight. Have you had a worse teacher?"

Setsuna snorted. "This semester, actually. Squall. Deadpool's not that bad. Not that good, either, mind you, but half my reason for taking this class was my associations with him as my faculty mentor. He...puts up with me well enough..."

"If you say so," Kabuto replied, filing the name away in his mind for future reference. "The goofy outfits and yellow Spandex really don't earn him any points, though."

"Believe me, I agree with you there," Setsuna said, with emphasis, shaking her head. "Alianne-sensei did pretty much this same excersize for her spying class a while ago and did it much, much better."

"And Uzumaki-sensei in ninja class, as well," Kabuto agreed. "It's not difficult to do better."

Setsuna rolled her eyes a little. "So Deadpool can't do costuming and disguises well. No one should be surprised, considering this is a man who runs around in...that."

She let out a grunt. Not for the frustration of the debate, but the frustration over the fact that she found herself actually defending the man in a sense.

"Point," Kabuto allowed. "I'll give you that one."

With a small air of victory, Setsuna regarded Kabuto with a cool, steady look, waiting to see if there were any other points he'd like her to refute.

Kabuto raised an eyebrow at her. "...Yes?"

"Is there anything else?"

"Not really, no. Should there be?"

Setsuna shrugged. "I guess not?"
