Self Confidence the Ares Way, [Thursday, Period 2]

Ares smiled at his class. It wasn't a particularly comforting smile.

"You all acquitted yourselves satisfactorily during last week's class," he said. "Most people would have just gone fleeing to the hills. However, despite your valiant efforts, most, if not all of your fellow villagers have been slaughtered and what few remain have banished you in a fit of blame?"

"What do you do? Do you try and futilely beg forgiveness from your peers? Do you attempt to raise an army to prevent your town from ever coming under attack again? Do you become obsessed with trying to destroy the one who attacked your village in the first place?"

"Break up into groups and discuss what you would do, how you would go about it, and how this would have a positive effect on your self-confidence."

"Nor am I. Though I think that comes with the job," he said lightly. Altra snorted, but Karal ignored him. "Priests are supposed to be the voice of reason, hence why I chose this group. But I'm not familiar with the Organization. You were a member of it?"

"Ah, well, y'see..." Demyx flailed a little, trying to find the best way to explain it. "Organization XIII was a group I was a part of back in my world before I got killed by the Keyblade master. But I'm not anymore, because...yeah, technically dead. Weird stuff, huh?"

That just made Karal stare, trying not to gape. "You were...dead?" he asked, more than a little shocked.

Altra was pretending to be uninterested, but Karal could tell he was paying close attention.
