Construction Site [Monday]

As a new week opened, Fraser's back at the site, hard hat on his head and tool belt around his waist.

"We're making fine progress," he told the workers, "but we've still got a ways to go. Continue working, be safe and take breaks when needed. It's going to be warm today."

There were hard hats (yellow and one pink) and tool belts for the students to equip themselves with.

"That assumes that I would fight a teenage girl," Fraser said. "Which I won't. And who's to say I didn't hold back when I fought you?"

Deadpool gave him a look and tried very hard not to laugh.

Really.

That snickering was your imagination.

"Quiet," Fraser said, glaring this time. "You know, I think Aly might be a better fighter than you. Not that I've fought her before."

Might as well go for something that he thought would tick Deadpool off.

"I've fought with her before. She's pretty good," Deadpool acknowledged. "And yes, she could kick your ass easily."

"You really think so?" He had no idea how they'd gotten to this topic.

"Oh yeah," Deadpool said with a nod. "She's good. Not as strong, but damn quick."

"I still don't tend to fight women," he said. And he really didn't want to get beat up by one.

Deadpool made a face as he thought of Elektra. And Misty. And Colleen. And Outlaw. And Terry.

"Why not?"

"Because it's not how I do things," Fraser said.

Deadpool gave him another look. "Is this some weird chivalry thing that you Mounties follow? Because that'll just get your ass kicked."

"Maybe it's just me," Fraser said. "I wouldn't fight Aly."

"But you'd still fight me..." Deadpool shook his head. And people said that he was bad at logic.

"Unless you've turned into a girl since the last time I saw you, then yes, I'd still fight you."

And knowing Fandom...

Deadpool looked down at his chest. Nope. Still boobless.

Thank god.

"I'll keep that in mind the next time we get turned into the wrong gender."

"Hopefully that won't happen," he said. "I rather like myself as I am."

(I wonder if he looked like Meredith Baxter Birney as a woman...)

He tilted his head to try and picture Fraser as a woman. It was slightly disturbing because it just turned into a hot chick in a stripper version of the RCMP uniform.

"What are you doing?" Fraser asked, squirming a little. "It's frightening when you stare."

"Just wondering how you'd look as a woman," He replied.

Ooo, now there was mental stripping of female!Fraser. It was actually pretty nice.

"You're frightening," Fraser said.

"I try." (Woo! Take it off!)

"Don't make me throw my hard hat at you."

Deadpool grinned. "Saucy!"

Oh yeah, he was annoying him now.

Fraser pushed him. He was very mature, he was.

Deadpool brought that maturity out in him.

"Hey!"

...and continued to do so by pushing him back.

"Stop pushing me," Fraser said, all of five years old again. He pushed Deadpool back.
