As the campers arrived, they would find a tall, athletic blond man in a polo shirt and khakis presiding over picnic tables covered with crafting supplies.

"Good afternoon, everyone," Steve began. "I'm Mr. Rogers--no, not that Mr. Rogers, the other Mr. Rogers--and I'll be in charge of this workshop. We're going to have a lot of fun I hope.

"So, to get started, this week we're going to make gremlins." Steve was oblivious to any horrified twitching this comment might have engendered among his students. He was really new at this. "All the necessary supplies and instruction sheets are already on the table, so...get to it. You can work together if you want to, but please remember the glue and paint are for your projects, not each other. I'll be right over here ~~out of the line of fire~~ if you need any help or have any questions."

"Huh." Setsuna was still trying to think of it, and almost started to wonder if this was a sort of...substance influenced thing, like some of the meditations of monks that she wasn't sure if she approved of or not. Different things for different cultures, though, after all. "Weird."

"Little bit, yeah." Jude wriggled onto the bench beside her. "So what's up?"

"Not...much..." Setsuna's eyes and hands went dilligently back to her gremlin, a little bit more of the glitter loosening from her hair. "I, uh...." Her voice dropped, and picked up speed. ""

Something funny kinda bounced in the pit of Jude's stomach. He tentatively put his hand on her back. "What, uh, happened?"

Setsuna let out a long sigh. "I just...wasn't feeling it anymore..." She'd say more, but arts and crafts class hardly seemed the place for this sort of a discussion.

"I'm sorry?" Jude offered, but he got the didn't-want-to-talk-about-it vibe. And wondered when he and 'Suna had stopped talking about stuff like this.

"Thanks," Setsuna said quietly. A wry smile showed up on her face. "It's really better for us this way. I'm a terrible girlfriend....well, for Ranma I was. I was okay with you. I think."

"You were pretty sweet, bra," Jude assured her. "As a girlfriend."

Setsuna gave him a slight reassured smile, nudging him a little with her elbow. "Thanks. Starting to wonder, though, if the relationship thing just isn't for me..."

"You? Hey, I've totally had just as much trouble," Jude reminded her, nudging back.

"Yeah, I guess I have a little catching up to do in that field, huh?" Setsuna smiled a bit, and sighed. "You seem to be doing better now, though."

"Yeah." Jude grinned a bit dopily. "I got really lucky."

Setsuna's eyes shifted toward him with that wry little smile and she shook her head. "Yeah, you did...."

"I mean - not that you - or anything - y'know," he finished a bit lamely, chuckling sheepishly.

Setsuna shook her head, chuckling a little herself. "No, I...I understand what you meant, Jude. Rikku's really amazing."

"She's, uh, she's really good to me," Jude said softly, dorky smile in place. "And she doesn't mind that I'm . . . me."

Setsuna's head tilted. "Well, I would certainly hope not. If she did mind, I'd question why she was with you to begin with. Which is part of the reason I ended things with Ranma, because, and I know it sounds terrible, but I did mind a lot of things that made him Ranma and that...just isn't right, you know?"

"Yeah," Jude said, even if his stomach was doing the funny twisty thing again.
