Invitations had ~~handwavily~~ gone out to all Fandom High faculty:

When the faculty members stepped into the Danger Shop, they saw that it did indeed look like the deck of a cruise ship on a nice, sunny day. There was a snazzy buffet, shuffleboard, deck chairs, a string quartet, and much, much more.

And an open bar.

Above the door leading out of the shop was a banner:

But enough of that. Now it was time to boogie.

[OOC: Post is open all day, huzzah! NPCs are completely free to mod. And, um, sorry about the egregious punnery inside the OCD. This is pretty bad even for me.

ETA: Also, if there are any terrible typos or other general errors anywhere, I wrote this at 3:00 AM. You're lucky I strung three words together, let alone a series of painful puns.]

"I won't lose again. For my first time playing gay chicken, I didn't do that badly." Fraser said. "Next time. And yes, you wrote me a note. It was on my door. Your handwriting, your name. Your really, really graphic words."

"I think I'd remember writing a note, and if I didn't it would be because I was really drunk and then it wouldn't be legible. No note writing took place here." He paused. "Maybe some one else has a thing for you and maple syrup?"

"You know someone else named Deadpool who likes reality tv?"

Good point. "No..." Wade said slowly.

What if he did send them out and just forget? Not like his brain was all that reliable anymore.

"Well crap. I might have done that then."

Fraser reached up and patted his cheek just because he'd lost and he didn't want to go away totally the loser.

"Maybe in another time," he said as solemnly as he could.

Wade was still trying to figure out just why he'd do something like that.

"Okay then," He replied, clearly distracted.

"Don't be sad," Fraser said. "You're not, are you?"

"I don't think so," Deadpool said slowly, trying to see if there was any depression. Nope. Nothing. Just glee over getting the hat. "Are you sure it wasn't just a note to get the hat because I'm not really feeling much attraction right now."

"I'm attractive!" Fraser said. "And the hat was mentioned but so was the making the big gay sex like a souffle. The hat was was secondary of the maple sugar rendezvous you wanted to have."

Wade shrugged. "Sorry. Just not feeling it. I think it might have been a ploy for the hat, really."

"Then I vow to get my hat back."

"As long as it doesn't involve maple syrup souffle gay sex, I'm game. This hat is mine and there's no way you're getting it back."

"You're the one who wants that. I have the note," Fraser reminded him. "And I'll get it back. I will."

"I thought we just established that the note was probably an elaborate ruse to get the hat."

Fraser shrugged. "Ruse or not, I'm getting my hat back."

And he made one more swipe for it.

Wade ducked and held onto the hat with both hands. "No means no Mr. Grabby hands, don't you watch Lifetime?"

Fraser scowled and resisted the urge to stamp his foot. "I consider it a personal challenge to retrieve my hat."

Because maturity went out the window when that first kiss happened. "And I consider it a personal challenge to keep my hat from being taken by you."

"Then, I guess it's a challenge," Fraser said. "You versus me for the hat."

"Bring it on."

"Consider it brought!"
