Library [04/27]

Rory ~~was so, so late opening the library yet again~~ was perfectly on time this morning, her cup of coffee in hand.

She sat quietly at the desk, sipping her coffee and still waking up.

By second period she was awake enough to page through a book, though she still had her coffee.

By third period, she was daydreaming about the fact that as of next week, she'd be thrust out into the real world. Or college, at least.

And by fourth, she was wondering if graduating would make her seem more adult in other people's eyes.

Not that she cared.

She had a banana (YES, HEALTHY FOOD) and three brownies (oops) for lunch. The library was closed except to aides and invited guests.

When fifth period rolled around, Rory figured that maybe she should do some work. So she started putting the books away, setting aside ones that she might like to read, or reread.

That pile was a bit large by sixth period. Oops.

So Rory reluctantly put those books away as well before she closed the libary.
