Monday, April 16, Period Two

A large projection screen decorates one wall of the classroom, and there's a nice assortment of pastries, muffins, popcorn and pretzels on the table in the center of the room.

"Good morning everyone. We were scheduled to have a test today, but I felt it was hardly fair to give you a test the week before finals. So instead, we'll be watching a film that's full of the classic fairy tale elements - The Ogre and the Ass and it always said that omg. You'll probably recognize some of them from the stories we've read, although you'll find they've been turned a bit on their side. Please remember that next week you'll be making your project presentations, so I'll be available in my office tomorrow, or after class today, for any questions."

[ooc: Anyone with kidlets is welcome to bring them to class, just please check with me OOC before telling Aziraphale exactly where they came from (so I can avoid contradicting some preplay). Please wait for OCD is up. Entertain me!]

Halliwell. Aziraphale didn't even want to delve any deeper into that one.

"Well, welcome to my class, Pandora Adrian Halliwell. We're having a movie today...which I suppose is a good thing, considering the influx of small children," he added, under his breath. "Do you like movies?"

"Will Mom get a good grade if I watch the movie, Uncle Phale? Because Mommy likes your class and she likes having you as a big brother and you showed me your wings and..."

Yeah, she was excitable.

"You mum always gets a good grade in my classes," Aziraphale replied with a smile, realizing his assumption about at least one half of Pandora's parentage was correct. "And I like having her as my little sister. But I think you'll like this movie, it's about fairy tales, and I understand there are talking animals in it."

Aziraphale nodded seriously. "Oh yes. All the animals in this movie talk. And there's also a princess, and a good ogre. And...singing. James and I watched it together, and we both enjoyed it a great deal."
