"Last week we started a discussion of the Seven Deadly Sins, beginning with pride, wrath and envy," Anakin said quietly from his seat behind his desk.

He stood up and began pacing. "Today we'll include the other four: gluttony, lust, sloth, and greed. Which one of the seven do you identify most closely with? Do you have a temper?"

He did.

"A history of nursing grudges?"

Yup, that too.

"An insatiable thirst to prove everyone wrong?"

Uh-huh.

He waved his hand towards the class. "Pair up and talk about it."

"Yes you did," Schrodinger said, smirking. "Good on you." He leaned forward towards Anakin's face. "And he's never, ever, coming back, right? Never coming back to menace the ones you love?"

Anakin stepped straight into Schrodinger's personal space. "Not ever," he growled. "My life on it."

Schrodinger had no concept of personal space.

"Well, it'd have to be, wouldn't it?" Schrodinger said. "How's fatherhood treating you?"

"No reason. I hope fatherhood treats you well, Anakin. I really do. Do you know how we say father in my language?"
