Novice's Guide to Villains and Villainy - Week 10, Period 3 (Danger Shop)

Those that came to class today would find themselves on the docks faced with a huge sailing ship. The ship wasn't quite ready to go and was being attended to by a mixture of humans and Muppets.

"Shipping out will not take long," Mr Arrow, the first officer, said to everyone. "We are almost ready. Mmm. Yes. Then we will go off, off into the ocean for adventure!" He adjusted his hat and headed off to do first officer-type things.

Thursday turned to the class. "There's a would-be mutineer amongst the crew. You don't have to go aboard, but you can if you'd like. Search the area and talk to the key members of the crew either on the ship, here on the docks or over in the tavern. Find the mutineer and then decide whether to stop him or join him."

Pippi meant to get a crew and get onto the ship, she really did.

But she decided to spend a few minutes in the Tavern.

Just a few.

Really.

Pip raised a glass towards her.

Pippi took a hold of the glass, and Pip's hand, and took a drink of it.

"Farfar always said the best pirates congregate in taverns." she said maneuvering to sit on his lap.

"Yes," Pip said, not stopping her. "Are we gonna actually try to search?"

She got comfy and rested a head on his shoulder.

"We really should." Pippi said. "I suppose we're getting graded on this and it wouldn't do to get a zero on the pirate villian."

"Also, we can't get too comfy. Being that we are in public. And the teacher is over yonder."

"Poop!"

River waved to Pippi from her corner table.

Pippi waves back.

"How's your leg?" she calls.

She'd get up, but she's kinda comfy where she is.

"Hurts but less than yesterday," River called back. She found it perfectly sensible for Pippi to stay where she was.

"Have you given thoughts as to what you would like the decor to be?"

"Perhaps soft and fluffy would be good," River pondered. "Good if you want to do more barrel rolls. Although Jack got me to promise to take some lessons first."

"Who is there to lean how to fly a spaceship made by squirrels from?"

"Sam knows how to fly it. And Rose offered to teach me too." River shrugged. "But I think we did well for a first attempt."

"Oh yes. It was quite fun! Aside from the flying first aid kits and all."

River wrinkled her nose and stretched her injured leg. "Skip those next time."

Pippi nodded.

"Next time we batten everything down."

"I agree," River said. "I was going to go dancing with Parker yesterday and had to let her down." She didn't look too happy about that.

Pippi looked very sad.

"I'm sorry."

"Some other time," River said with half a smile.

"But your leg will be better by the second ja?" Pippi asked. "Cause that's when we'll have our next dance club meeting!"

Pippi smiles at the pirate lobster and waves.

//Hi there!// she greets him, in lobster.

//Heeeey you speak the lingo. What brings you to this part of town, little girl?//

//I'm looking for adventure! Riches! That sort of thing."
