Those that came to class today would find themselves on the docks faced with a huge sailing ship. The ship wasn't quite ready to go and was being attended to by a mixture of humans and Muppets.

"Shipping out will not take long," Mr Arrow, the first officer, said to everyone. "We are almost ready. Mmm. Yes. Then we will go off, off into the ocean for adventure!" He adjusted his hat and headed off to do first officer-type things.

Thursday turned to the class. "There's a would-be mutineer amongst the crew. You don't have to go aboard, but you can if you'd like. Search the area and talk to the key members of the crew either on the ship, here on the docks or over in the tavern. Find the mutineer and then decide whether to stop him or join him."

There's grog and rum, but it's holographic grog and rum. This is a good place for shady types and to goof off if you want to avoid doing the rest of the class.

River was still bruised and limping since yesterday, so the tavern seemed like a good place. Holographic rum was good enough for her.

Of course Bel gravitated toward the tavern. Shady types and all.

Pippi meant to get a crew and get onto the ship, she really did.

But she decided to spend a few minutes in the Tavern.

Just a few.

Really.

Pippi took a hold of the glass, and Pip's hand, and took a drink of it.

"Farfar always said the best pirates congregate in taverns." she said maneuvering to sit on his lap.

"How's your leg?" she calls.

She'd get up, but she's kinda comfy where she is.

"Hurts but less than yesterday," River called back. She found it perfectly sensible for Pippi to stay where she was.

Pippi might have noticed a pirate lobster eyeing her from the bar.

Luke knew that you met all the good pirates in bars.

He walked in, ordered something blue and glowing, and tried not to look for Han.

His name wasn't Han, but he did have many appendages. The pirate lobster eyed Luke warily. "You, boy, what're you doin' in a place like this? Might find yourself some unsavory folk."

Luke glanced up and smiled, reminded a bit of Yoda.

"I can handle it," he said. "I'm looking for information. Can I buy you a drink?"

Tori decided it couldn't hurt to check out the tavern, if only for a few moments. Then it would be onto the ship.
